GNM - You Can’t Catch a Cold!

You can’t catch a cold!

I don’t expect you to take my word for it, because I understand that this is not the belief of the majority of people in the world right now. It took me years of hearing it, questioning it and observing before I believed it myself. I ask you instead to question society’s current assumption that there are particles invisible to the naked eye, floating around or sticking to surfaces, that create illness in other people.

Here are some areas to ponder…

In scientific studies, it has never been shown that taking snot, saliva or breath from a symptomatic person and giving that to a healthy person, has made the healthy person sick. Not coughing on them, sneezing or sharing fluids. It doesn’t happen.

It does however seem that families, or communities can be symptomatic together. So what else could be happening that a group of people all have the same symptoms? And probably more important to consider is why are some people symptomatic and not others?

Is it possible that the group of people were involved in a similar stressful situation? Or were exposed to the same environment, or toxins? Perhaps they also have previous life experience that causes them to perceive a situation in a similar way. And yet others either weren’t present to the shock, or it was not perceived in the same way.

In the 4th Biological Law of GNM the microbes are actually an important part of the healing process, not the bad guys to be eliminated. This is analogous to eliminating all the fire trucks because they are always at the scene of the fire. The microbes (bacteria, ‘viruses’ and fungi) are there for repair, rebuilding of tissue and clean up.

When you notice symptoms in yourself or a family member, you can use GNM to recognise the type of conflict to look back and see what else may be possible - besides the commonly held belief that the germs have been given to you by someone else.

This creates a situation where you have to look at yourself, rather than blaming someone else. What has caused you to respond this way? And why did you perceive it like that? It requires self responsibility, but with this it also gives you greater power. You do not need to live in fear of what is floating invisibly around, or what you might touch. You also do not need to rely on medicine, supplements or practitioners to heal you. Sure, use them to support your healing, but they are not responsible for your healing. You have everything you need for your body to adapt and respond, and because it is your perception of a stress, you have the answers.

Lets look at Covid as an example. There was a lot of fear an uncertainty. People were sick with flu-like symptoms. There were lockdowns, border patrols, masks, fear of vaccines, fear of other people breathing on you, fear of not being able to provide an income, or not being able to see your family - possibly one of the greatest periods of fear that we have known in modern times. In GNM the cold comes from a TERRITORIAL FEAR conflict in males, or a SCARE FRIGHT conflict in females. I believe that all of these stresses could be perceived to fall in these categories.

So for now, until it really sinks in, when you have symptoms just ponder the possibilities. Is it possible that this has nothing to do with germs, and is an expression of my body adapting to a stress?
