Life is the medicine.

My vision is for a world where health and nature is the norm; people are authentic, compassionate and care for each other; women access their innate superpowers so they can support other women with joy and integrity; men stand up to be the heroes we need; all while we raise the next generation of everyday superheroes.

My chiropractic philosophy has me rooted deeply in my belief in the capacity of our bodies. When I became a mother I recognised the depth of this - in birthing and raising healthy, aware children. Being with my husband for over 20 years, our relationship is very different now than when we were teenagers. We’ve learned a lot, and are happier and more in love than ever, even with 3 young children.

• I have enormous trust in our body’s capabilities, and I teach people how to trust theirs.

• My hands have super powers. My whole body is powerful but my hands can shoot laser beams.

• I am a regular person. Not your guru. I make mistakes too and I try really hard to be a better mother/wife/friend/teacher/woman.
