GNM - An Introduction

Your body is always trying to help you.

All credit goes to Dr Hamer for his phenomenal work compiling what is now GNM. His story is interesting if you want to learn more, but here I’m going to share my experience working with GNM.

Let’s imagine a seed. Inside that seed is all the information it requires to sprout and grow into the tree it was born to be. A baby is the same - they go through the stages of development for survival and to grow, adapt and reproduce. We have a life force within us that can not be explained that organises this - our INNATE intelligence.

In GNM, it is understood that the body is ALWAYS trying to help you, by adapting to unexpected stresses in your environment. Your perception of stress can be very different to another’s perception depending on your history and environment. Particular types of conflicts however will present in the body in a similar manner. For example, a skin rash will come from a Separation Conflict, so we are able to work backwards from the symptoms to determine the original stressful event that created it.

To create a symptom (Significant Biological Special Program - SBS), the body must have experienced an event (called a DHS), that the body needed to adapt to. The stress requires 3 key components: It is Distressing; Unexpected and Isolating. Every SBS occurs on 3 levels concurrently - the Psyche, the Brain, and the Organ. (Brain scans show concentric circles, called a Hamer focus, correlating to the area involved).

The SBS (the symptom or disease) will follow a specific process of cell loss or growth depending where in the brain it correlates to, and the embryological layer the organ is derived from. This is a general summary of the categories.

Brainstem - Endoderm - relates to conflicts of death-fright, food morsels and procreation (Survival) - Lungs, Gut and Reproductive System

Cerebellum - Old Mesoderm - relates to attack conflicts (Protection) - Skin, Pericardium, Pleura

Cerebral Medulla - New Mesoderm - relates to self devaluation, not good enough (Structure and Stability) - Musculoskeletal, Lymph, Blood

Cerebral Cortex - Ectoderm - relates to social, separation, sex, territory (Advanced Functions) - Nervous system, Ducts, Cervix, Tubes and Epidermis

In GNM, microbes such as viruses, bacteria and fungi have a vital role in the healing process, rather than being the cause of disease.

This is not to be taken as medical advice. Please consult a practitioner for more support. This information is an introduction for you to explore where your conditions may have begun, and is by no means complete as other conflicts may also be possible. Respect and credit is given to Dr Hamer and learninggnm.com.
